Shipping rates are determined by USPS. Once your order is placed it cannot be altered. Local pickup is one evening a week in Dunlap, Tennessee. Generally it is on a Tuesday or Thursday evening around 5 or 530 Central time at the Tractor Supply parking lot. No additional pickups are offered. If you agree to this meeting and wish to pickup locally, you can add 'LOCALPICKUP' to the coupon section at checkout to avoid shipping charges. Once you are notified that your item is ready and you select your available pickup date and time, you are responsible for showing up on time. I will wait 15 minutes past pre- arranged pickup time only. If you need to reschedule prior to the pickup date, message me on the facebook app  or email me at collingsworthscrafts@gmail.com within 12 hours of  scheduled pickup. If you do not notify me of your need to reschedule within 12 hours of your scheduled pickup, you will be invoiced  separately for shipping and it will be shipped once invoice is paid in full.

**In the event of inclement weather, or emergency situation, alternate time and place will be offered. If seller/ seller representative is unable to meet at prearranged time/location due to unforeseen circumstance, your item will be shipped at no cost to you**
